We had a wonderful evening! The food was fantastic and Jim made it feel like a big family dinner!

Chef Jim catered our daughters birthday and we could have not have been happier! The food was amazing, Jim was great with guests and super professional. He went above and beyond to coordinate with the venue to make sure that everything was perfect and went off without a hitch. Did I mention the food was amazing. I highly recommend the cheesecake, it was one of the best I’ve had.

Chef Jim was a good time. He took the time to teach me as he prepared our meal and we enjoyed his presentation. Not only did he prepare food, teach our party how to roll sushi, he also interacted well with our guests. Cleaned up after party was done. Very professional. Thank you Chef Jim.

His food was amazing. He had made me a chocolate cake which was to die for. Then he had made garlic chicken tenders, and sliders which were the best dishes ever in my opinion!

Very dependable service, pleasant personality. Chef Jim prepared for us sea bass on a bed of very flavourful greens and cherry tomatoes. The fish was super fresh and cooked to perfection. My wife and I loved it. Thank you again Chef
